Zusammenfassung

Evernow, a Frankfurt-based creative digital agency, is seeking an experienced account/project manager. You will manage client relationships, coordinate digital and print projects, and deliver clear briefs and presentations.

You will ensure quality, deadlines, and budgets while collaborating with strategy, creative, digital, and production teams. You will operate in a hybrid work model with opportunities for professional development, conferences, and flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of professional experience in account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Strong planning and coordination abilities, with experience managing timelines, budgets, resources, and multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of digital channels, content production, websites, social media, and print production processes.
• Confident use of Microsoft 365, Jira, and presentation tools; experience with project management platforms is a plus.
• Attention to detail; structured, reliable, and quality-oriented.
• Client-centric mindset; ability to balance creativity, quality, and efficiency.

Your mission

• Client Management: Build strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for day-to-day business. You understand client needs, provide practical guidance, and identify opportunities to create added value.
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage projects across digital and print channels. You keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track while ensuring smooth project execution from briefing to final delivery.
• Briefings & Presentations: Create clear project briefs, timelines, and cost estimates. Prepare and deliver presentations that align stakeholders and move projects forward.
• Communication Hub: Act as the key link between clients, internal teams, external service providers, and production partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout every project.
• Digital & Print Project Oversight: Manage projects across a wide range of touchpoints, including digital campaigns, websites, content production, and print materials. Ensure quality standards, deadlines, and budgets are consistently met.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, digital, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions and outstanding results.

Your profile

• Experience: At least two years of professional experience in account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within an agency or marketing environment.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Organizational Skills: Strong planning and coordination abilities, with experience managing timelines, budgets, resources, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Digital & Print Understanding: A solid understanding of digital channels, content production, websites, social media, and ideally print production processes.
• Tools & Processes: Confident use of Microsoft 365, Jira, and presentation tools. Experience with project management platforms and production workflows is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Structured, reliable, and quality-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Client-Centric Mindset: You enjoy working closely with clients, building long‑term relationships, and finding practical solutions that balance creativity, quality, and efficiency.
