We develop and operate innovative green hydrogen electrolysis plants, covering the entire hydrogen value chain. We’re looking for a motivated and visionary CADMATIC Design Engineer to help expand our capabilities and accelerate the deployment of cutting-edge hydrogen infrastructure.

Your Role – Where Innovation Meets Impact

As a vital contributor to our design and engineering team, you will take ownership of implementing and optimizing CADMATIC software for the planning and realization of hydrogen plants. Your work will directly support the design, documentation, and execution of energy systems that power the clean technologies of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction and configuration of CADMATIC software, including catalogs, component libraries, and foundational project templates.
• Execute and optimize plant design across all project phases using CADMATIC.
• Create components, assemblies, and detailed technical drawings for hydrogen plant development.
• Design process engineering plants in the mechanical domain using CADMATIC.
• Develop layouts, piping routes, and isometric drawings.
• Conduct interdisciplinary model checks for collisions and flag necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external project partners to align design objectives.
• Integrate individual part models into comprehensive system overviews.
• Generate and deliver documentation according to project standards and industry norms.
• Support projects through all lifecycle stages, from design to on-site commissioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, engineering teams, and suppliers.
• Perform design-related technical calculations to ensure project viability.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in plant design using CADMATIC or similar 3D design tools.
• Strong understanding of process and mechanical engineering principles.
• Familiarity with hydrogen technologies or similar infrastructure is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex design projects with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and coordinating across departments.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
