Qualifikationen

Your responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with product management, engineering, and marketing to align design and research efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead and guide all efforts in design and research areas and align with product strategy and company strategy.
• Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging user research insights and usability testing to inform product development.
• Advocate for best practices in design thinking, accessibility, and user experience within the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to drive creativity, problem-solving, and alignment across teams.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of design and research initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and research.

What you bring

• Proven leadership experience in design and research, preferably in the digital or e-commerce space.
• Strong background in UX/UI design and user research methodologies with a portfolio showcasing impactful work.
• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring that design and research drive both user satisfaction and commercial success.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data, conduct usability testing, and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and research findings to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
