About the Role

Youll support the Head of IT in leading day-to-day operations and long-term IT strategy across a distributed care network. This includes :

Managing and executing IT projects end to end

Driving the rollout and optimisation of Microsoft 365

Coordinating service providers and infrastructure upgrades

Coaching and developing a small internal IT team

Supporting 24 / 7 operations with high reliability standards

Collaborating closely with department heads and senior stakeholders

What You Bring

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management or team leadership

Proven experience with Microsoft 365 implementation

Excellent German (C1+) and working-level English

Experience in healthcare or public administration is a plus

Bonus : familiarity with public procurement (Vergaberecht)
