Four Corners is recruiting for a Department Manager on behalf of a premium luxury fashion brand. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Fashion/Lifestyle and strong leadership with fluency in German and English.

The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include leading by example, coaching the team, managing store operations, and delivering results.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Fashion and/or Lifestyle environments.
• Strong leadership and customer relations experience.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.

• Represent the brand, uphold visual and operating standards, and use in-store tech to deliver a consistent lifestyle experience.
• Perform store opening/closing, manage POS transactions and inventory, and follow policy with loss prevention in mind.
• Maximize sales and floor productivity while cultivating relationships to drive growth.

Department Manager

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and highly goal-oriented professional with previous experience as a Department Manager or Floor Manager, gained within the Fashion and/or Lifestyle sectors. The Department Manager reports directly to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Presence: Lead by example as a transformational mentor who drives sales excellence, fosters a positive team culture, and ensures seamless communication and top-tier service standards;
• Deliver the Customer Experience: Cultivate a high-performance selling environment by coaching the team to deliver transformational experiences, personalizing the customer journey to drive repeat business, and ensuring service standards that prioritize long-term client relationships;
• Represent the Brand: Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining visual and operating standards, and leveraging in-store technology to deliver a consistent lifestyle experience;
• Operational Excellence: Perform store opening and closing procedures, manage accurate POS transactions and inventory functions, and adhere to company policies with a focus on loss prevention and operational integrity;
• Drive the Business & Deliver Results: Maximize sales performance and floor productivity, managing resources and cultivate relationships to drive business growth.

Requirements

• +8 years of experience in Fashion and/or Lifestyle environment;
• Strong personal leadership and customer relations experience;
• Very good knowledge of German and English.

Salary range: €45.000 – 55.000
