Job Description / Responsibilities

About Us

Hector Technologies is a Dhaka-based commercial consulting firm, serving as the local representative of Union Systems Limited (UK) and Union Recruitment DOO (Croatia).

Positions Available:

• Orthodontists
• Prosthodontists
• Periodontists
• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons
• Endodontists
• Pediatric Dentists

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct oral examinations and diagnoses
• Perform treatments including cleaning, fillings, extractions, and surgical procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Ensure compliance with EU healthcare standards and safety protocols

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Postgraduate qualifications such as DDS, MDS, MSc in Dentistry are advantageous
• Skills Required: Client Relationship Management, Hospital management, Problem solving, Decision making, Patient care, Observation, Recommendations, and Risk assessment

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice in dentistry
• Experience in government, semi-government, autonomous bodies, NGOs, hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, or healthcare startups is preferred

Additional Requirements

• At least 2 years of clinical dentistry practice
• Experience in private clinics, hospitals, or international settings is a plus

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian or German is advantageous
• Post-interview, candidates may undergo Italian or German language training

Terms & Conditions

• Contract: Minimum 6 months, extendable, with potential for permanent employment
• Working Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day); on-call/overtime compensated
• Leave: 30 days paid annual leave plus public holidays
• Visa: Long-term “D” visa; EU Blue Card support may be available
