Job Description:

YOUR TASKS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the dentalXrai product portfolio and lead the shared product vision in collaboration with stakeholders (Management, Machine Learning, Engineering, Business Development).
• Plan and oversee sprints, ensuring efficient time and cost management, and maintain priority levels through feedback loops.
• Define product requirements and work with Regulatory Affairs on compliance.
• Conduct usability tests, product demos, and monitor customer reviews to improve products.
• Lead technical documentation, monitor Jira tickets, and prioritize developer tasks.

YOUR PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Education in business administration, product management, engineering (ML/AI), with 3-5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of machine learning and software engineering; experience managing agile teams is a plus.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI, web architectures, and quality assurance, with a focus on product operation and development.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI-driven products.
• IT skills in WordPress, Jira, Gitlab, Office, with attention to detail.
• Confident, outgoing, team-oriented, fluent in English and German.
