Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the technically safe operational readiness through approval of helicopters for flight after maintenance
- Serving as the DEMAR CAMO representative and interface for customer military/law enforcement agencies at multiple locations to ensure required availability, considering quality, cost, and time requirements
- Managing project budgets, feasibility and profitability assessments, and initiating corrective actions if necessary
- Strategic planning and maintenance scheduling to ensure fleet availability and operational readiness
- Overseeing internal and external coordination for project execution
- Monitoring fleet status, managing alarms, and scheduling maintenance accordingly
- Creating work packages, providing feedback, and updating maintenance schedules
- Maintaining and updating the maintenance information system, including repair lists and flight time validations
Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferably in engineering, aerospace engineering
- Or at least 3 years of technical vocational training plus further qualifications as a technician or industrial master in aircraft technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace, mainly in CAMO/M and 145 sectors
- EASA Part 66 CAT B1/B2 authorization, CAT C advantageous; Type rating on Airbus Helicopters H145 preferred
- Experience with OEM and helicopter environments, knowledge of H-type products and networks
- Project management experience and business skills
- Military background or affinity with the German military (
