Your Role

• Optimize forecast accuracy for assigned products, markets, and customers to improve service, capital, and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous development, share best practices, and utilize advanced analytics tools to understand forecast trends.
• Enhance statistical forecasting and collaborate closely with markets or brand teams to refine forecasts.
• Participate in the S&OP process, prepare relevant information, and present findings effectively.
• Coordinate demand planning activities across functions, promote open communication, and act in accordance with company values.
• Monitor demand trends, reconcile with supply outlooks, and address bottlenecks across the value chain.

Candidate Profile

We welcome candidates who:

• Hold a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, or have a commercial qualification with relevant experience.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Possess strong IT skills (e.g., SAP APO/SAP R3/SAP 4HANA), analytical abilities, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Have excellent conceptual and analytical skills with an affinity for statistical methods.
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, with flexibility in handling varied workloads in an international environment.
• Are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
