For our Global Supply Chain department, we are looking for a Demand Planner to support our team as soon as possible.

This position is limited to 2 years as a parental leave replacement.

Responsibilities
  1. Optimize forecast accuracy for assigned markets to positively impact service, capital, and cost.
  2. Use advanced analytics tools to understand forecast development.
  3. Master and improve statistical forecasting.
  4. Enrich forecast in close collaboration with assigned markets.
  5. Actively drive continuous development and best practice sharing.
  6. Support Demand Management within related tasks of the Sales and Operations Planning Process.
  7. Foster open communication and support cross-functionally, acting according to company vision and values.
Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on supply chain, or a degree in a commercial education with several years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an adequate position.
  • Excellent IT (SAP APO / SAP R3) and analytical skills.
  • Solid MS Office knowledge, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills with an affinity for statistical methods.
  • Very good communication skills and the ability to react flexibly to different workloads in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
