Meet Your Team

As our Demand Growth Manager, you will be part of the Demand Growth Team in Germany, working closely with our Partnerships Teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US. Your role is to guide new partners through onboarding and help establish successful initial campaigns.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners, focusing on increasing revenue for both partners and adjoe.
  • Analyze KPIs and trends related to partner performance and take appropriate actions.
  • Develop growth strategies leveraging all adjoe products.
  • Build strong relationships with partners through daily communication (Slack, emails, calls) and regular face-to-face meetings.
  • Support new partners during onboarding.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to partners.
  • Communicate partner requests internally, including technical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate on projects aimed at advertiser growth and process improvements.
  • Be part of an international, English-speaking team.
Who You Are:
  • You have 3-4 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, adtech account management, or similar roles (gaming industry experience is a plus).
  • You understand key adtech KPIs (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.).
  • You possess excellent analytical skills.
  • You are proficient in Google Suite, especially Sheets.
  • You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • You are driven by output and revenue.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership.
