Your mission

This role requires real technical fluency with IT Ops/DevOps/infrastructure that comes from hands‑on professional experience, a homelab, engineering studies, or just being the person your friends call when their server's on fire.

• Create conversion-focused copy across demand generation channels, including paid ads, search, display, video ads, landing pages, emails, webinars, social campaigns, and other campaign assets
• Write standout headlines, hooks, subject lines, and messaging tailored to different technical personas, from SREs, platform engineers, DevOps teams, and IT operations professionals to IT managers and CIOs
• Repurpose technical content into engaging campaign messages across channels
• Use AI tools to accelerate content development, create variations, and adapt campaign messaging for different formats and audiences
• Test and optimize messaging, including hooks, pain points, claims, proof points, and calls to action
• Develop written content for video concepts, scripts, storyboards, product explainers, and social clips
• Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate, differentiated messaging
• Create and maintain landing pages in the CMS and on the website

Your profile

• Excellent copywriting skills with a strong portfolio across multiple formats and channels
• Experience creating content that drives engagement and conversion
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging
• Credibility with technical audiences and an understanding of IT Operations, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, observability, or monitoring
• Technical background through engineering studies, hands‑on infrastructure experience, homelabs, or equivalent experience
• Experience with AI tools for content creation
• Strong testing mindset and ability to use data to improve performance
• Basic image and video editing skills are a plus
• Fluent English (C2 Level), German is a plus
