DEPT® Berlin is seeking a seasoned Creative with agency experience to craft integrated campaigns for German and international brands. You will develop standout concepts, pitch ideas, and deliver engaging content across digital touchpoints in a hybrid, collaborative setting.

The role calls for a proactive, small-agency mindset, passion for digital trends, and the strategic use of AI where appropriate. Join a diverse team driving innovative campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as a Creative in an agency with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and original storytelling.
• Native German with excellent English skills, capable of working with German and international brands.
• Ability to use different tones in campaigns, creating engaging and memorable content.
• A proactive mindset, a small-agency mentality, and a drive to take initiative, lead projects, and deliver results without waiting for direction.
• Keen interest in digital trends, social media and AI where it makes sense.
