Qualifikationen

• A degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Delivery Management, or a comparable customer-facing technology leadership role.
• Proven leadership experience managing small/medium technical teams, combined with hands-on technical or consulting expertise in customer projects.
• Strong people management, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Experience in resource planning, capacity management and service delivery operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Good understanding of Professional Services business models, including resource utilization and delivery efficiency.
• Experience with software, SaaS or subscription-based environments.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Technical Consultants, Architects and Project Managers, fostering a customer-focused culture.
• Drive resource planning, staffing, workforce allocation, utilization and capacity management across teams and regions to maximize delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a hands-on Delivery Team Lead (approx. 50-60% billable involvement), supporting customer projects and serving as the main tech contact for priorities and quality.
• Support sales and presales activities through scoping, effort estimation and delivery planning for customer engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders across Sales, PMO, Product Management and Customer Operations.
• Own the successful delivery of customer engagements, ensuring quality, profitability and risk management.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and talent development to build a scalable consulting organization.
• Monitor and report on team performance, capacity and utilization to drive improvement.

• Support sales and presales activities through scoping, effort estimation, technical risk assessment and delivery planning for customer engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders, collaborating closely across Sales, Presales, PMO, Product Management and Customer Operations to support business objectives and customer success.
• Own the successful delivery of customer engagements within your area of responsibility, ensuring delivery quality, customer satisfaction, project profitability and achievement of business objectives while proactively managing risks and escalations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and talent development activities to build a skilled, scalable and high‑performing consulting organization.
• Monitor and report on team performance, capacity and utilization, driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic decision‑making.
