About the role:

We are seeking Delivery Manager in France to lead the successful delivery of implementation and support projects. This role is responsible for driving delivery excellence, leading consulting teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and project success.

In this role you will get to:

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple SAP Business One implementation and support projects, ensuring quality, profitability, customer satisfaction, and timely execution.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Project Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants to ensure consistent delivery standards, methodology compliance, and professional development.
• Establish and enforce project governance, delivery methodologies, quality assurance standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and change requests to ensure successful project execution and commercial objectives are achieved.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex customer issues, project risks, delivery challenges, and stakeholder management.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Consulting teams during solution design, project estimation, resource planning, and transition from sales to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers, ensuring long-term customer success, satisfaction, and business growth opportunities.
• Monitor delivery KPIs including project profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and project performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, implementation methodologies, templates, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
• Ensure project documentation, governance, and reporting comply with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Support business growth by contributing to strategic planning, capability development, recruitment, mentoring, and retention of delivery talent.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to achieve organizational delivery objectives and operational excellence.

What we are looking for:

• Experience:
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Business One across all core modules and core Add-ons.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in SAP Business One consulting and project delivery.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing projects as Project Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects and managing delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in resource planning, project portfolio management, delivery governance, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong experience managing project budgets, profitability, change requests, and delivery financial performance.
  • Extensive experience with MS SQL Server or SAP HANA and Crystal Reports.
  • Finance, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industry experience is an advantage.
  • Experience leading distributed or regional consulting teams is an advantage.
