Amazon Workforce Staffing is hiring for an on‑site warehouse associate at the Emden area in Germany. You will load conveyer belts, transport and stage deliveries for drivers, and use scanners, computers and handheld printers to process inventory.

Shifts include day, evening, and night with 30+ hours/week for full-time and various part-time options. The role requires basic German and/or English, and physical stamina for a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English.
• Able to lift up to 15 kg and perform physical tasks on shift.
• Able to operate scanners, handheld devices, and basic computers safely.

Responsabilités

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery.
• Use scanners, computers and handheld printers.
• Build, wrap, sort and transport pallets and packages.
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages.
• Lift, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during shifts.

Salary

Starting September 1st, our entry‑level wage will increase to €16,43. Salary 16.43€ gross per hour for day‑time shifts. Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.20€ /h gross) and 24 months (calculated 18.87€ /h gross).

Night Shift: 20,54 €/h (gross) including a tax‑free night bonus of 4,74 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shift Options

• Full‑time shifts (30+ hours/week): Early shift – 05:00 - 12:30, Late shift – 14:30 - 22:00, Night shift – 02:00 - 09:00
• Part‑time shifts (18+ hours/week): Early shift – 08:30 - 12:30, Middle shift – 05:00 - 12:30, 08:30 - 12:30, Late shift – 16:00 - 20:00, Night shift – 02:00 - 09:30
• Working week: Mon - Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Duties

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages
• You’ll also need to be able to Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all jobrequirement and safety guidelines.
