Amazon Workforce Staffing in Germany is hiring for warehouse roles at the Emden site. You will load conveyor belts, receive and prepare inventory and transport deliveries, using scanners and carts. Starting wage is €16.43 per hour (gross) with a guaranteed increase to €17.20 after 12 months and €18.87 after 24 months.

Night shifts pay €20.54 per hour with a €4.74 night bonus. Shifts include early, late and night options, with full-time (30+ hours) and part-time (18+ hours) schedules.

Salary

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,43

16.43€ gross per hour for day time shifts guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.20€ /h gross) and 24 months (calculated 18.87€ /h gross)

Night Shift20,54 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,74 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

Shift options and availability vary by site, but you'll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Full-time shifts (30+ hours/week): Early shift: 05:00 - 12:30 Late shift: 14:30 - 22:00 Night shift: 02:00 - 09:00

Part-time shifts (18+ hours/week): Early shift: 08:30 - 12:30 Middle shift: 05:00 - 12:30, 08:30 - 12:30 Late shift: 16:00 - 20:00 Night shift: 02:00 - 09:30

Working week: Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Job Overview

You'll load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. • Receive and prepare inventory for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

• Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
