Job summary

Amazon Deutschland's delivery station in Emden is hiring for entry-level roles. You'll load conveyors, transport and stage deliveries for drivers, and be part of the team behind customer smiles.

Shifts include full-time and part-time with varying schedules; daytime, evening, and night shifts available with a night premium. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and to follow safety protocols.

Salary

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,43. Salary 16.43€ gross per hour for daytime shifts. Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.20€ /h gross) and 24 months (calculated 18.87€ /h gross). Night Shift: 20,54 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,74 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

Shifts We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles. Shift options and availability vary by site, but you’ll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

• Full‑time shifts (30+ hours/week):
  • Early shift: 05:00 - 12:30
  • Late shift: 14:30 - 22:00
  • Night shift: 02:00 - 09:00
• Part‑time shifts (18+ hours/week):
  • Early shift: 08:30 - 12:30
  • Middle shift: 05:00 - 12:30, 08:30 - 12:30
  • Late shift: 16:00 - 20:00
  • Night shift: 02:00 - 09:30

Working week

Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Job Overview

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. You’ll load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. Duties

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

Skills

• Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines.
