Qualifikationen

• Über 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Industrie, Projektmanagement oder Managementberatung.
• Führungserfahrung und Teamleitungskompetenzen.

We are looking for you to join us as a Delivery Manager (m / f / d) on a full-time basis.

Your tasks include:

• Guarantee operational performance, ensure the quality of deliverables, manage contractual changes, anticipate drift, and contribute to service development.
• Build trusting relationships with clients, advise on project management practices, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead your team of consultants to success, unite them around common goals, and foster skill development while challenging their practices as specialists.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Completed master’s degree with a technical-industrial focus or comparable area
• Professional fluency in English and German (minimum B2)
• Over 2 years of experience in industry, project management, or management consulting
• Management and leadership experience
• Knowledge of PM tools and methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with an international mindset
