Intellias is seeking a skilled Delivery Manager with proven experience in the Automotive domain. The role involves leading onsite teams and driving business growth related to automotive navigation systems. The candidate should be prepared for occasional short business trips across Europe.
Required skills:
- 4+ years of project management experience
- German level C1 or fluent (must have)
- Daily presence at the Intellias delivery location (Wolfsburg)
- Proven experience in the Automotive domain (must have)
- 2+ years in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management
- Experience managing projects with 10+ team members
- Skills in staffing, scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimation, and improving team velocity
- Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies
- Ability to establish solid client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented, quick thinker-doer
- Advanced written and verbal English skills
Responsibilities:
- Project Governance: Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, and budget changes in a controlled manner.
- Scope Management: Define, verify, and control project scope and requirements.
- Schedule Management: Estimate durations, develop schedules, and monitor deviations.
- Profitability Management: Estimate costs and resources, monitor budgets.
- Team Management: Ensure team skills, develop team through leadership, onboarding, and goal sharing.
- Communications Management: Plan and control project communications, handle escalations.
- Risk Management: Identify and plan for potential risks, maintain risk register.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify stakeholders, manage expectations.
- Change Management: Control project changes to prevent unnecessary alterations.
- Pre-sales & Account Management: Support pre-sales activities, manage client relationships, and explore growth opportunities.
- Engineering Excellence: Develop quality policies, standards, and monitor performance.
- Talent Management: Hire, onboard, develop, and retain talents; manage compensation and releases.
- Sales, Marketing & Account Management: Support presales, manage client accounts, negotiate contracts.
