Vega is seeking an Engagement Manager in London, working four days a week in-office. You will lead end-to-end client deliveries, bridging enterprise clients with product and engineering to drive a market-leading client experience.

You will own relationships, coordinate delivery, and shape the roadmap with internal teams. The role emphasizes fast iteration, high expectations, and a strong impact on customer value and retention.

Formación

• Experience delivering complex technology projects in enterprise contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day relationship, requirements shaping and delivery coordination for a portfolio of enterprise customers; ensure value from the platform and a white-glove partnership while protecting Product & Engineering teams.
• Run check-ins, business reviews, roadmap discussions and discovery workshops.
• Bridge between enterprise clients and Vega’s product & engineering teams, translating needs into prioritized, deliverable work with clear success criteria.
• Collaborate with Product to link customer demand to product direction, balancing effort, impact and complexity.
• Shape the playbook for engagements at scale with processes and automations to coordinate with engineering and communicate updates to customers.
• Support Growth team to drive feature adoption, expansion opportunities and customer retention.
• Candidates should have experience working with engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders in complex environments.

Vega is looking for exceptional project managers to lead client deliveries from end-to-end, and embody client partnership as our competitive advantage. This role acts as the bridge between sophisticated enterprise clients, product, and engineering - holding scope, timelines, and requirements together to drive a truly market-leading client experience.

Who succeeds in this role

In this role, you will:

• Own the day-to-day relationship, requirements shaping, and delivery coordination for a small portfolio of enterprise customers - ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform and a white-glove partnership experience, whilst protecting Product & Engineering teams from unstructured or ad-hoc demand.

  • Including running check-ins, business reviews, roadmap discussions, discovery workshops, etc.

• Act as the main bridge between enterprise clients and Vega’s product & engineering teams, translating customer needs into clear, prioritised, and deliverable work - with clear success criteria and scalability with the platform.

• Work with Product to ensure there is a clear linkage between customer demand and product direction - collaborating to understand the trade-offs between effort, impact, and complexity and prioritise customer-driven requests across the product surface and multiple customers.

• Actively build and shape the playbook for how we run engagements at scale, with processes and automations to coordinate with engineering, track progress, communicate release plans and updates to customers, etc.

• Support the Growth team to ensure customers adopt and realise value from new features, identify expansion opportunities through deeper platform usage, and maximise opportunities for customer retention and satisfaction.

• Strong candidates will usually have experience working directly with engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders, particularly in environments involving integrations, configuration-heavy products, or complex customer requirements.

What we look for:

• Experience delivering complex technology projects in enterprise contexts, with a strong focus on customer success or implementation leadership - having done so in a start-up / scale-up context is a strong plus, or as a project leader in consulting focused on tech delivery.

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage enterprise customer relationships across a range of stakeholders (e.g., business, tech, and ops teams) and collaborate with internal product and engineering teams on delivery.

• Confidence and judgement, with the ability to decide when and how to challenge requests, and an awareness of scalability and trade-offs when making those judgement calls.

• Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
