Job summary

Valis is hiring a Client Deployment Lead, AI to orchestrate platform deployments at client companies from discovery to go-live and company-wide adoption. You will partner with executive leadership and a forward-deployed engineer to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

The role requires 7-10 years in transformation programs, strong stakeholder management, and comfort with AI tech concepts. A STEM background is preferred. Candidates from across EMEA are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in transformation or end-to-end implementation programs.
• Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and get things done in complex projects.
• Strong organization, project and change-management skills.
• Experience working with C-level stakeholders or founders.
• Comfort with technical concepts: data models, APIs, integrations, LLM tools and agents.
• High agency, strong bias for action and interest in AI products.
• STEM degree or relevant technical experience.
• Readiness to start as soon as possible.
• Apart from preferred locations, we are ready to consider candidates from other EMEA countries.

Responsibilities

• Scope deployments, success metrics and timelines with the executive sponsor.
• Run delivery with a forward-deployed engineer and get the client live fast.
• Drive adoption across leadership, employees and core processes.
• Help the CEO with AI transformation: what to automate, what to redesign, how the operating model changes, how to overcome resistance and friction and implement real change.
• Identify new use cases that expand adoption and value.
• Turn what works into playbooks that make each deployment faster than the last.
• We expect a Client Deployment Lead to work hybrid, spending 30-50% of working time on-site with the Client.

Role overview

As a Client Deployment Lead, AI, you own the deployment of our platform at client companies, turning a CEO's AI ambitions into measurable change in company efficiency.

You lead each engagement from discovery through go-live to company-wide adoption, working with the client's leadership team and a forward-deployed engineer. The role suits people who have run transformation programs, are comfortable with technology and want to work at startup speed.
