Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for enterprise-scale supply chain transformation programs, leveraging Kinaxis and comparable APS platforms to deliver measurable client impact.

• Own end-to-end program portfolio governance and delivery assurance, ensuring milestones, quality, financial targets, and value realization are achieved across multiple clients and geographies.

• Lead cross-functional teams across business and technology, enabling integrated solutions that deliver planning, S&OP, and end-to-end visibility.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, shaping supply chain roadmaps and embedding industry best practices in governance, change management, and execution.

• Translate evolving client and market needs into scalable supply chain solutions, embedding innovation and future-state operating model design.

• Oversee solution architecture, process design, and delivery models across multi-tower programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks in pharma and life sciences.

• Chair executive workshops, steering committees, and transformation sessions, driving alignment across supply chain, operations, commercial, and finance leadership teams.

• Manage delivery risk, financial performance, and resource allocation across a diversified client portfolio, balancing operational excellence with business outcomes.

• Partner with commercial and solutioning teams to drive account expansion, renewals, and new business pursuits through proposals, executive pitches, and client engagement.

• Build and mentor senior consulting leaders and delivery teams, fostering high performance, collaboration, and succession readiness.

• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, offering innovation, and shaping go-to-market strategies for supply chain consulting services.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Extensive leadership experience in global supply chain transformation, with domain depth in planning, S&OP, orchestration, and execution.

• Proven success in delivering multimillion-dollar programs across global, highly regulated industries, with strong emphasis on life sciences and manufacturing.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex program portfolios, including governance, risk management, change management, and financial accountability.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and advise C-suite leaders in global organizations.

• Strategic thinker with analytical rigor and structured problem-solving skills, capable of framing transformation narratives at boardroom level.

• Experience driving business development, accountancy growth, and renewals in consulting or advisory environments.

• Proven success in building, scaling, and leading diverse, high-performing consulting teams across regions and functions.

• Resilience, adaptability, and decisiveness in high-stakes, global delivery contexts.

• Flexibility to travel globally and operate in hybrid client-facing environments as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to multiple advanced planning and supply chain platforms (Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, etc.).

• Cross-industry exposure with emphasis on life sciences and manufacturing supply chains.

• Experience advising clients on digital supply chain innovation, analytics enablement, and emerging technologies such as Generative/Agentic AI.

• Recognized thought leader with published perspectives, conference participation, or advisory board involvement in supply chain transformation.

• Experience developing new consulting offerings, benchmarks, or maturity models that drive practice differentiation and market relevance.

• Multilingual capabilities (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish) to support pan-European client engagement.
