ABB E-mobility is a world leader in Electrical Vehicle (EV) charging technology with a strong growth pipeline and an unparalleled global reach. We are looking for a Delivery Excellence Program Lead who shapes and manages high-profile internal as well as customer-facing business improvement & delivery programs in our European Region & Channel organization.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Shape and lead business improvement programs & projects (e.g., process transformation) from inception to completion, including concept definition, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment.
2. Lead selected complex customer delivery programs (e.g., from order to cash) to secure commercial targets with a team of ABB internal and external contributors.
3. Lead selected global key accounts for delivery activities with strong customer relationships at executive and operational levels.
4. Inspire and empower internal & external team members across functions through compassionate leadership and coaching.
5. Utilize strategic thinking and latest analytics to address complex challenges, prioritize key objectives effectively, and inform business decisions.
6. Deliver clear and concise communications to internal/external stakeholders (e.g., Board, senior customers), including progress reports and presentations.

What you bring to the table:

1. Master’s degree preferably from a top-tier university, in business administration, engineering, or finance.
2. 3-5 years of experience and a track record in leading high-profile & complex projects with internal and external contributors at both executive and operational levels (e.g., from professional services, such as consulting).
3. 3-5 years of experience in E-mobility business / Sustainability / B2B high-tech manufacturing with a strong understanding of customer needs, business models, solutions, and market dynamics.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for both executive and operational levels, with fluency in English and ideally German.
6. Seniority & “standing”, e.g., to push back on additional out-of-line customer requests.
7. Hybrid role - with ability / willingness to travel EU-wide for customer/team meetings.
