Job Description:

• Support the oversight of underwriting outsourced activities by providing analytical services through dashboards and actuarial analyses.
• Provide pricing oversight of delegated authority agents by reviewing pricing tools and parameters.
• Liaise with underwriting oversight managers to prepare recommendations on performance or pricing improvements for business units and delegated agents.
• Collaborate with the underwriting and product teams in Munich and London to provide expert advice on analytical topics.
• Assist in management and regulatory reporting on underwriting performance.
• Participate in quarterly meetings with business units or agents to discuss current performance.
• Work with the central teams (Finance, Controlling, Data) to develop KPI and reporting frameworks.

Your Profile:

• Experience in primary insurance underwriting and product analytics.
• Proficiency in R and Python; familiarity with analytical frameworks.
• Actuarial experience in product monitoring and pricing.
• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is preferred.
• Understanding of Munich Re Group organization is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are advantageous.
