• Design product architecture for incentive systems, governance logic, and liquidity coordination
• Develop strategies for cross-chain liquidity frameworks and governance-aligned configurations
• Collaborate with engineering teams on the implementation of efficient smart contract models
• Analyze protocol activity using industry-standard tools to guide design and optimization decisions
• Build scalable systems that align ecosystem goals with long-term sustainability and capital efficiency

Who You Are :

• 3+ years of experience in token strategy, protocol product design, or incentive architecture
• Proficient in the mechanics of decentralized protocols and cross-chain interactions
• Comfortable working with data tools and ecosystem frameworks in blockchain environments
• Experienced in product-level decisions that impact economic systems and governance design
• You work natively in decentralized ecosystems—not transitioning from traditional platforms
