Jobbeschreibung

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop contacts and join industry organizations to drive customer engagements, resulting in energy audits, energy recovery, and integrated systems opportunities.
2. Drive initial customer discovery conversations to determine their efficiency, operating costs, and sustainability goals, leading to concept development and evaluation.
3. Conduct energy audits for systems' technical evaluation of operating conditions.
4. Develop initial systems concept designs in collaboration with technical and product experts, including economic and ESG business cases for customer evaluation.
5. Collaborate with industry consulting, OEM equipment, and contracting partners to develop detailed system designs and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

You have an engineering degree and HVAC systems technical design experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Several years of experience in HVAC, energy management, or industrial facilities management in sales or marketing roles.
• GfBU-Zert certification is a plus, as well as an MBA degree.
• Business-fluent German and English skills.
• Excellent communication skills and technical interest.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
