Your Responsibilities

For our Finance team, we are currently looking for a Debtor Accountant (m/f/d) at the earliest possible starting date.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reliable and engaged account reconciliation and clarification
• Monitoring and clarification of open positions, pro-active internal and external communication, reopen positions
• Posting bank statements and monitoring incoming payments of each debtor
• Independent cash collection management, dunning, insurance notifications, cash collection activities
• Full understanding of transactions and management of a) – d), particularly Amazon vendor transactions
• Credit limit management and master data checks
• Recurring reporting of open items

Your profile

• Finalized commercial apprenticeship
• Ideally, first experience in debtor accounting or accounting in general
• Structured and organized work approach
• Team player
• Pro-active and engaged communication skills with external and internal stakeholders

• German language skills in writing and speaking (native level)
• Good level of English; Mandarin is a plus
