Zusammenfassung

Chery is expanding in Germany and seeks an experienced Senior Dealer Network Development Manager to lead the retail partner expansion and align store openings with global standards.

Working closely with headquarters and the local team, you will identify strategic dealer partners, negotiate agreements, manage end-to-end dealer development, and ensure locations comply with VI/SI standards while traveling across Germany to support market launch and long‑term growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automotive retail network development.
• Proven experience in dealer network establishment and management.
• Strong relationships with dealer groups and automotive retail partners.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within Germany.

• Develop and implement the retail network strategy for the German market in alignment with HQ strategic planning and business objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations with dealer groups and drive dealer network expansion across the territory.
• Manage the end‑to‑end dealer development process, including identifying potential partners, evaluating dealer groups, negotiating agreements and supporting store openings.
• Ensure retail locations comply with Chery’s retail VI/SI standards.
• Monitor and evaluate dealer network performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Support the planning and execution of pop‑up exhibitions and temporary retail formats.

Your Role

As Senior Dealer Network Development Manager, you will lead the development and expansion of Chery’s retail dealer network in Germany. You will be responsible for identifying strategic dealer partners, driving network expansion, and ensuring the successful establishment of retail operations in line with Chery’s global standards.

Working closely with headquarters and the local team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful market launch and long‑term development of the Chery brand.

Your Profile

• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in English; German is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Germany.
