Sprinklr is looking for a Deal Desk Manager for Central and North Europe to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial for constructing complex deals, enhancing sales efficiency, and requires strong organizational and analytical skills. The Deal Desk Manager, Central and North Europe, is a key member of the Revenue Operations team.
The Deal Desk team consists of a centralized group of trusted advisors operating as business partners to the sales team. This team works with key stakeholders to construct complex and non-standard deals, aiming to improve sales efficiency and prevent bottlenecks in the deal process to facilitate deal closures.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and agile environment. This position requires a self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
