Your mission

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) for our Authentication Business Line. In this position, you will be responsible for the further development of our portfolio of hardware and cloud-based authentication solutions for the international market. You will analyze customer and market needs and translate the "voice of customer" into a product vision and roadmap. In a dynamic environment, you set the right priorities and act as a passionate product manager, both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:

• You will develop a holistic understanding of our company's global Authentication target market and the corresponding customer structures
  
• Working with potential customers and partners to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
  
• Recognize market trends very quickly and derive a product vision, product requirements and market entry strategies
  
• Create a product roadmap and long-term strategy based on this vision
  
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements
  
• Responsibility for all phases of product creation, including design and development
  
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage
  
• Act as a hub between sales, marketing, product management and senior management
  

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical or business studies or comparable qualification
  
• You are specialized in the field of authentication and IT security and have more than 6 years of experience. You already know standards and concepts such as FIDO, PKI, OTP, OpenID, SAML very well and are familiar with hardware-based security platforms such as smart cards, TPM, TEE
  
• We are looking for a person with a holistic understanding of market analysis, strategic vision and innovative market development ideas. You should already be able to interpret the key market requirements for the next 5 years
  
• You are characterized by your strong communication skills as well as an analytical and strategic way of thinking and acting with entrepreneurial vision
  
• You have strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  
• You are well versed in defining service-oriented business models and product positioning
  
• You have already demonstrated strategic action and have been responsible for larger product projects
  
• As a person, you have a strong creative drive, curiosity, initiative and "out-of-the-box" thinking
  
• You have already successfully set up a go-to-market program for products and are able to win partners and leads for the launch
  
• Your profile is rounded off by a structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to work in a team, reliability and enthusiasm
  
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English
  
• Good knowledge of German is an advantage
  
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
