Your mission

We seek a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to develop our authentication hardware and cloud solutions for the international market. You will analyze market needs, translate customer feedback into a product vision, and prioritize development in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Understanding our global authentication market and customer structures
2. Engaging with potential customers and partners to gather requirements
3. Recognizing market trends and defining product vision and strategies
4. Creating product roadmaps and long-term strategies
5. Managing product backlog and requirements prioritization
6. Overseeing all phases of product development, including design and testing
7. Monitoring product progress and performance
8. Coordinating between sales, marketing, product management, and senior leadership

Your profile

1. Completed technical or business studies or equivalent qualification
2. Over 6 years of experience in authentication and IT security, familiar with standards like FIDO, PKI, OTP, OpenID, SAML, and hardware security platforms like smart cards, TPM, TEE
3. Strong market analysis, strategic vision, and innovative development skills, with the ability to interpret future market needs
4. Excellent communication skills, analytical and strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset
5. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
6. Experience in defining service-oriented business models and product positioning
7. Proven track record in managing large product projects and go-to-market strategies
8. Creative, curious, proactive, and innovative thinker
9. Ability to establish partnerships and lead product launches
10. Structured, independent, reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
11. Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
12. Willing to travel up to 20%
