EPAM Systems is seeking an Engagement Lead for Data & AI to drive long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, including Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands. You will guide end-to-end engagements, shape proposals and lead cross-functional teams in data modernization, ML and enterprise AI adoption.

• Experience managing client-facing engagements or accounts within consulting, professional services or SI environments.
• Ability to build credibility with C-level executives and facilitate business and technical discussions.
• Strong communication and storytelling to translate technical concepts into business value.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive account growth.
• Lead engagements end to end, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Shape proposals, support pre-sales activities and secure long-term partnerships.
• Guide and mentor cross-functional delivery teams across data modernization, ML and AI adoption strategies.
• Represent EPAM as a strategic partner at industry events and contribute to thought leadership.
