Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Databricks Engagement Lead – Data & AI to guide large-scale data and AI programs across London, Zurich, Germany and Amsterdam. You will connect vision to value by shaping proposals, leading multi-disciplinary teams and engaging senior executives to drive strategic outcomes.

You will own client relationships, advocate governance, and steer initiatives from scoping to delivery, influencing decisions and ensuring measurable impact across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing engagements or accounts within consulting or systems integration.
• Ability to build credibility with C-level executives and facilitate business and technical discussions.
• Strong knowledge of modern Data & AI domains: cloud data platforms, data engineering, governance, ML, and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive account growth.
• Lead engagements end-to-end, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables and collaboration with technical experts.
• Shape proposals, drive pre-sales activities, and position commercially viable and technically sound engagements.
• Represent EPAM as a strategic partner at industry events and drive Data & AI revenue in key markets.
• Mentor delivery teams and promote data governance and enterprise AI integration across engagements.
