Join our dynamic Integrated Supply Chain Team, supporting the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Business, to set up a Data Quality program / governance, which is targeting the creation and maintenance of best in class data quality to support a seamless E2E supply chain.

Your role:

HPM Data Quality Program Development, HPM ISC Data Quality Management policies, processes and DQ monitoring

HPM ISC Data Governance Management Council and support ISC Management to develop Data Governance & Quality Strategies

Developing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures within assigned data domains

End to End ISC data quality and governance throughout the entire lifecycle of the products of Hospital Patient Monitoring. This includes:

Data Quality Management:Monitoring data quality metrics and implementing processes for data cleansing and validation. Conducting regular data quality assessments and addressing identified issues via PDCS (Plan Do Check Act) methodology. Collaborating with cross functional experts to automate data quality checks, validations to ensure first time right quality.

Data Governance Implementation: Developing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures within assigned data domains. Ensuring compliance with internal and external data governance standards. Training business users on data governance best practices and policies.

Metadata Management:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date metadata, including data definitions and business rules. Document data model, data flows, data lineage and ensure metadata accessibility for end-users. Coordinating with business users, IT to manage data dictionaries and business glossaries.

Data Access and Usage:Defining and managing data access permissions, ensuring appropriate use of data. Monitoring data usage and addressing access-related issues. Promoting best practices for data access and usage among business users. Stakeholder Collaboration - Acting as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on data governance efforts. Facilitating communication and collaboration on data-related initiatives. Gathering feedback from data users to improve data governance practices.

Data Stewardship Program Development:Contributing to the development and maintenance of a data stewardship program. Developing and delivering training programs to enhance data stewardship skills. Promoting a culture of data accountability and ownership within the organization.

You're the right fit if:

You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field

You have 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related role

You have strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices

You are experienced with data quality management and data profiling tools

You are experienced in working with data systems (preferably Windchill/SAP)

You have technical proficiency in data management tools and technologies

You possess strong project- and stakeholder managements skills, organizational sensitivity and ability to influence others

You have excellent communication, collaboration skills and conceptual thinking capabilities

You have analytical mindset

You are proficient in English
