JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you interested in data integration solutions within the sea logistics industry? Join our dynamic team as a sea logistics data solutions expert and be part of our exciting journey!

Your Role

Your primary objective is to design and execute data integrations for customers, as well as continuously seek improvements in existing processes and systems. Within sea logistics systems and processes, you will assist our international colleagues across the entire hemisphere, including Hamburg, EMEA, and the Indian subcontinent region. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) projects are completed successfully.
• Act as solution implementation manager for data integration projects using various data formats and transmission protocols.
• Ensure solution design, logical mapping, testing, hyper-care phases, second-level support, and handover to KN Global Services are executed professionally.
• Foster collaboration with the requirements engineering team to ensure all data integration solutions are connected and end-to-end (E2E) tested with our Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Guide and consult our customer solution teams to lead technical conversations with customers to understand EDI requirements.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members working on projects in the work stream.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Strong project management skills, both classic and agile.
• Knowledge of EDI, common data formats, and transmission protocols.
• Understanding of KN operations, products, services, and key operational systems.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute positively.
• Fluency in English is essential.
