We're looking for a Data Scientist to help maintain and enhance our marketing budget allocation tool (BAT)!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and optimize marketing spend.
• Work directly with paid marketing managers on BAT.
• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets and provide regular outputs for BAT.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end project execution: data processing, feature engineering, validation, and deployment.
• Influence decision-making processes by proactively improving the existing model.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with predictive modeling and optimization algorithms.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics (ROI, attribution, MMM) is a plus.
• Passion for turning data into actionable business decisions.
• More than 3 years of experience in Data Science.
• A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Extensive experience applying statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques to real-world problems.
• Proven experience deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including live deployment, monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Eligibility to work in Germany for the next 6 to 12 months.
