Your Responsibilities:

  • Model Adaptation: Adjust and localize global predictive models and machine learning algorithms for local market needs.
  • Collaboration: Ensure transparency in data projects and identify reuse opportunities across functions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales, market, medical, and payer data to identify trends and insights to improve performance.
  • Data Processing: Handle relational data from various sources.
  • Data Visualization: Develop visual dashboards to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, preferably with experience in marketing, sales analytics, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong statistical knowledge with experience developing models in MATLAB, R, Python, etc.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Power BI a plus), and ETL tools like Informatica, KNIME, Alteryx, MS Fabric.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to project needs.
