Your Responsibilities

1. Improve customer experience by cross-data analysis to increase utilization of sites and commercial return for the customer and E.ON.
2. Lead work packages to enhance our commercial data management and increase automation throughout our end-to-end processes.
3. Perform root cause analysis to identify systematic issues and derive recommendations with our technical team.
4. Create regular dashboards and management reports to track the performance of our eMobility operations.
5. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams and partners.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data sciences, engineering, IT, or a similar field.
2. Professional experience in data management and analytics.
3. Experience evaluating data collections and creating performance dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI.
4. Strong communication skills in English and German with the ability to convince others and drive solutions forward effectively.
5. Know-how in e-mobility / electrical infrastructure is a plus.
6. Experience in project management and leading project teams.
7. Experience collaborating with external partner companies.
8. Proactive 'can-do' attitude with a mindset of continuous improvement.
