Your mission

As a Data Scientist and Process Mining Architect, you will be responsible for driving projects that focus on bringing transparency and added value to our customers' digital business processes. You will develop meaningful and innovative solutions to improve critical metrics, helping our customers stay ahead of the competition. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to communicate solutions effectively to decision-makers and senior management. Additionally, you will support Processand's international expansion and team development by working on new strategic concepts.

Your profile

• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, IT, or similar
• Analytical mindset, structured working approach, and quick problem analysis
• Proven experience in SQL, Python, or R
• Strong understanding of business administration across various processes
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
• IT affinity and a keen sense for sophisticated processes
• Visionary with a commitment to making a difference
• Passion for creative problem-solving and high-quality work
• Fluent in German (C1) and English; additional languages are a plus
