Your role

As Data Science Team Lead at Orbem, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the "mind" of our AI-powered MRI solutions. You will lead and grow a talented team of data scientists, turning cutting-edge research into data-efficient, state-of-the-art algorithms that push the boundaries of what\'s possible. Your leadership will empower the team to make smart, data-driven decisions while driving innovation that has real-world impact. Your day to day

In your daily activities, you will:

• Hire, grow and guide a team of data scientists, promoting a culture of innovation, excellence and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy for data science within Orbem.
• Drive adoption and enable knowledge exchange on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning to keep our technology ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with product managers, machine learning engineers, and other engineering teams to integrate AI technologies that align with business goals.
• Direct the development of state-of-the-art models and statistical methods to enable data-driven decision making and business outcomes.
• Exemplify Orbem's core values and lead by example.

Technical expertise

• Strong analytical skills and scientific approach to problem-solving.
