Summary
For the "Master Data Management" department, we are looking for a "Data Quality Manager" (m/f/d) for the Data Quality division as soon as possible.
The department is responsible for Group-wide master data management. This includes operational management of cross-divisional master data, data governance, data quality, and the implementation of a central master data governance tool as part of the S4 HANA core program.
Your Tasks
- Understanding the business relevance of existing and new data requirements and developing concepts and initiatives to measure data quality
- Continuous improvement and further development of data quality and early recognition of changing business and industry requirements
- Development of data quality standards and their implementation in the global organization
- Developing a strategy for collecting data quality rules to measure data quality and efficiently implementing regular and ad hoc data quality measurements in local systems
- Analyzing data, data structures, and data quality in close coordination with data owners with the aim of creating global data quality reports
- Definition of effective measures to increase data quality
- Analysis and evaluation of new approaches in the area of automation / AI
- Collaboration in the S4 HANA project in the area of master data management, especially in the context of migration and data pre-cleansing
Your Profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable
- Many years of experience in project management and PMI certification
- Extensive experience in the field of data quality in an international company
- Experience in the initiation and implementation of data cleansing projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of the (SAP) data model and the methods of data quality and data protection management
- Knowledge of developing concepts and strategies including communication and cultural change
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as SQL and BI tools
- Ability to work in a team and compromise, assertiveness, and initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business fluent in German and English, additional language skills such as French advantageous
