- Provide independent legal, strategic, and operational advice on data protection and compliance matters for our organisation and its affiliated companies.
- Review and negotiate contracts related to data protection and data management, including data processing agreements and data transfer arrangements in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to the organisation’s broader data protection and compliance framework.
- Identify, document, and assess risks associated with data protection, compliance, artificial intelligence, and data management.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees and management on data protection and compliance topics.
Your Profile :
- A completed law degree (first and second state examination) or an equivalent qualification.
- Solid, proven expertise in data protection law and a good understanding of IT-related topics.
- Knowledge of compliance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to apply complex data protection and compliance regulations in a dynamic, solution-oriented manner.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence, and experience in training employees and presenting results.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English .
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in an international, cross-functional environment.
