Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

• You will support the Compliance Manager to manage the implementation and execution of TKE's Data Protection Management System.
• You will be the contact person for all data protection-related topics raised by the local organization.
• You will accompany digitalization projects developed by the local organization under a data protection perspective.
• You will conduct data protection assessments, review measures and implementation steps, as well as conduct assessments of the current situation and data protection regulations.
• You will be a member of TKE's Data Protection Community.
• You will implement a sustainable privacy by design approach, analyze and evaluate data protection-relevant contracts, and create regular data protection standard reports for various stakeholders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the Register of Processing Activities for the local organization.

Qualifications

• You accomplished a university degree in law, business administration, or comparable areas and preferably a Data Protection Certification.
• You have experience in substantive legal consultation, especially regarding data protection law.
• You have at least 3+ years of working experience in the review of complex IT systems and in analyzing data protection processes, as well as evaluating them in IT systems.
• You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft and user knowledge of further programs such as SAP.
• You have high analytical skills and the will to take on responsibility.
• You have experience in working with internationally geographically distributed teams.
• You have excellent communication skills in English and German paired with a solution-oriented approach.
