Zusammenfassung

MacIntyre in the UK is seeking a Data Protection Coordinator to join our Compliance Team. You will support day-to-day data protection activities, manage information rights requests, support Data Protection Impact Assessments, investigate incidents and breaches, and maintain clear documentation and records.

The role is primarily office based with flexibility for some home working; we advertise 35 hours per week but will consider applicants seeking a minimum of 28 hours.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience within data protection, information governance or compliance related role.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures and guidance and apply them in a practical operational environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

We are, however, willing to consider applications from candidates seeking a minimum of 28 hours per week. The role is primarily office based, with flexibility for some home working. MacIntyre is looking for a Data Protection Coordinator to join our Compliance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping us protect personal information, uphold individual rights and ensure compliance with data protection legislation across a national social care organisation. Working closely with the Data Protection and Governance Lead, you will support the day-to-day operation of the data protection function, taking responsibility for a range of activities including managing information rights requests, supporting Data Protection Impact Assessments, investigating incidents and breaches, maintaining, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. The ability to produce clear and accurate documentation, reports and records. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to learn and develop specialist knowledge.
