Conductor is seeking a talented and driven Data Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of our data-driven products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data, analytics, and product management principles, and a passion for building innovative solutions that deliver value to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the product roadmap for data products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features for Data Products and third party integrations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new data products and enhancements to existing ones.
  • Develop and track key metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data products.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Drive user adoption and engagement with data products.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the data or analytics space.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a global team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Digital Marketing/ Advertising
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
