As Data Migration Coordinator (f/m/d/x), you will contribute to our global migration projects and collaborate with our friendly, international, and diverse teams, located in Berlin or Hertogenbosch.

In our HRT (Heating and Refrigeration Technologies) division, our comprehensive portfolio—including heat pumps—plays a crucial role in decarbonizing cities and reducing global CO₂ emissions.

We are seeking a skilled individual responsible for setting up and validating Master Data as part of GEA's transition to SAP S/4HANA. You will be involved throughout the project phases, from data readiness assessments to post-migration validation and quality improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data migration phases, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee data maintenance and quality adherence.
• Collaborate on data cleansing activities with the global Data Lead.
• Execute data cleansing and validation.
• Initiate and track data quality improvement measures.
• Lead data mapping activities and coordinate with data experts.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to the global Data Team.
• Ensure divisional data standards align with global standards.
• Support migration planning and execution.
• Provide insights on data requirements to the Divisional Lead Key User.
• Coordinate with Local Data Experts for data consistency.
• Assist in transitioning data responsibilities to Local Implementation Managers.
• Support testing activities with data setup.
• Focus on Master Data topics and issue resolution during rollout.

Your Profile / Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP rollouts and Data Migration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or SAP as a key user.
• Experience in ERP transformation projects, preferably in an international, complex environment.
• Proven change management skills.
• Strong practical experience with master data management, ideally in engineering.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills, and a structured approach.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus.
