About us:

ISS FWW is the leading German fund data provider and has been part of the ISS STOXX Group since 2019. Using the data from the FWW fund database, FWW supports fund advisors and investors in making informed investment decisions.

We are expanding our Data team and are seeking a Data Manager to join our collaborative team at our Munich Haar Office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring data integrity and quality through accurate and reliable input
• Conducting online research of financial and market data
• Handling customer inquiries (back office support) professionally
• Leading smaller projects related to data processing and management
• Performing regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy
• Supporting recurring tasks such as monthly reports and updates

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for working with data
• Interest in data management and data-driven decision making
• Good communication skills in German (written and spoken); English skills are a plus
• Reliability and attention to detail in data maintenance
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style
• Solution-oriented approach to customer inquiries
• Initial experience or interest in finance is advantageous
