Your Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience by analyzing data to increase site utilization and commercial returns.
• Lead initiatives to improve our commercial data management and automation of end-to-end processes.
• Identify systematic issues through root cause analysis and collaborate with technical teams for solutions.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor eMobility operations performance.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners across various projects.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Experience in data management and analytics, with proficiency in PowerBI.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Knowledge of e-mobility or electrical infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience in project management and leading teams.
• Ability to collaborate with external partners and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
