Your Responsibilities

1. Improve customer experience through cross-data analysis to increase site utilization and enhance commercial returns for both the customer and E.ON.
2. Lead work packages to improve our commercial data management and increase automation across end-to-end processes.
3. Perform root cause analysis to identify systematic issues and develop recommendations with our technical team.
4. Create regular dashboards and management reports to monitor the performance of our eMobility operations.
5. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams and partners.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data sciences, engineering, IT, or a related field.
2. Professional experience in data management and analytics.
3. Experience evaluating data collections and creating performance dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI.
4. Strong communication skills in English and German, with the ability to persuade and drive solutions effectively.
5. Knowledge of e-mobility or electrical infrastructure is a plus.
6. Experience in project management and leading project teams.
7. Experience collaborating with external partners.
8. A proactive, can-do attitude with a mindset of continuous improvement.
